Is your child unhappy and experiencing dissatisfaction?

Is your son suffering from depression or anxiety?

Is your daughter struggling socially or at school?

We live in a time where 20% of adolescents experience a mental health problem in any given year.

50% of mental health problems are established by age 14 and 75% by age 24.

10% of children and young people (aged 5-16 years) have a clinically diagnosable mental problem.

20% of all teens experience depression before they reach adulthood but only 30% of them are treated for it.

nearly 1 in 3 adolescents between ages 13 to 18 will experience an anxiety this order.

Inspite of all that, 70% of children and adolescents who experience mental health problems have not had appropriate interventions at a sufficiently early age.

This may be the “Normal” right now, but it doesn’t have to be.

I was part of the statistics, I was depressed and unhappy since my first year of middle school and well into after highschool. When I Work with your child through coaching I offer her the opportunity that I never had as a teen.

I offer your child the opportunity to develop resilience and grit so that they won’t become part of the statistics. So that even if are already, they will learn how to grow from that and recover, so that they will live from inner confidence and integrity to become powerful successful  and happy adults.

They don’t teach us in school how to be happy. they don’t teach us in school how to develop the most basic and important skills of life. They don’t teach us to regulate our emotions, how to change negative beliefs, how to navigate challenging social environments, and how to develop the inner qualities of self leadership for what it will REALLY take for your child to succeed at his  future workplace.

I was experiencing symptoms of depression, suicidal ideation and more since the age of 13. It took me 6 years to recover. I don’t want anyone else to part of that, my mission and passion is to empower teens to be happy and thrive. To be self-loving and self-caring. I want our future generation to live from their hearts instead of from what other people’s opinions about them are.

You don’t have to wait for it to get as bad as it was for me

I believe these types of skills need to be mandatory teaching for all kids on our planet, this is why I do what I do and this is why I work with teens and not just with adults. You don’t need to wait for your child to show symptoms of poor mental health before you come to me, you don’t need to wait for it to get really bad.

It’s best that they can come now when they’re still mentally healthy, so they can get the guidance that they need in this important age.

This is the age where they are developing and building their core beliefs and identity about themselves and about life. If they from powerful and confident believes about themselves, and positive beliefs about life – they will end up happy and successful, thriving adults. This is exactly what I help them do.

If they don’t recieve proper guidance and end up creating negative beliefs about themselves and life, if they fall into habits of anxiety, inner numbness and depression, they will end up unhappy and needing to do deep inner work as adults to clear all of that. I preffer for them to avoid that as much as possible.

If your child is already having those types of struggles, that’s ok, that’s perfectly normal. It is best to start making positive changes early and right where they are now and not to let it get worse.

I work with teens all over the world online through Zoom and skype or in person in Tel Aviv Israel.

Integrating Mind, Heart, Soul – A Vital Key To Your Happiness, Part 1

This is a topic I’m excited to talk about absolutely, as it’s been really benefitting my life. Mind – The mind is great at many things, like logic and abstract thinking. The strengths of the mind are clear rational thinking, and making connections between different dots and patterns that without it, wouldn’t be recognizable. Creating a schedule, being forward-thinking, being financially responsible, and remembering things. Doing math and science. Doing lenient tasks. These are things the mind…

Spiritual Practice Can Save Your Life:

This morning I woke up with my nervous system feeling kind of iffy, disconnected, and stressed. It was an enjoyable and busy week in which I probably pushed it too much and moved at a pace that wasn’t natural for it. I then went on with my day and because of that stress, I was consumed with worried thoughts the whole day Because of so much anxiety and hurry, I yelled at my partner for no good reason and we had a fight. I made lots of mistakes at work because I wasn’t focused, and then went on…
