Living with love:
Living with love is the best way to live in my eyes and I think we all know it inside out that if we love everything we enjoy everything and we will always be happy. We usually think things work like this: first we feel love and then we act on it so as long as we do not feel love or “good” we do not express it. Feeling more and more love. And when I say love it is an umbrella name for all the wonderful forms of expression of life: gratitude, happiness, lightness, laughter and anything else that comes to mind.It does not have to be super powerful, it can also be quiet and gentle.
We are what we express so the more we express all these pleasant things we will feel them more and the opposite is also true. One of the wonderful things is also to feel emotions that we usually tend to judge like anxiety, fear, anger and invite them into the cycle of acceptance and love. Welcome to our reception circle if we want to live a peaceful life.I notice how every time I avoid feeling them it makes the situation very dramatic and such “Oh no I feel an unpleasant emotion what to do !!”, instead of “Okay this is the emotion that comes up now everything is fine That’s not a bad thing at all. ”
Inviting everything to our circle of love and acceptance is the quickest way to acceptance and joy in life. It is an internal process and does not contradict any external action to change things, it is a change in our internal approach to things that is all. There is no way we can suffer if we just accept everything that happens at any given moment.
To start this there is a nice mantra: “I accept this moment as it is”, it is better to add to it a feeling of release in the body. We accept this moment and from it we will work to change anything we want in the world, but we work for change from a sense of wholeness rather than a sense of lack, and that makes all the difference.
